The great opening up of the female consciousness, which is in full swing, will help us with that.
The pain of a generation turns out to be passed on from generation to generation. They become traumas that become embedded in our DNA. There is also talk of a generational wound. The deeply embedded fear of poverty and shortage is an example of this. Both in women and in men. More typical for women is that they also unconsciously carry the so-called ‘witch’s wound’. The witch wound is a collective psychological trauma that women carry in their cellular memory. By having been oppressed, debunked, and abused for years.
In the past (and not very long ago) feminine qualities such as intuition, embodiment, emotional intelligence, sensuality, natural wisdom, and healing were not validated by the patriarchal culture. That’s putting it mildly. Anyone who was openly involved in this was soon labeled a ‘witch’ and ‘the devil’. Subsequently, these women were convicted and prosecuted. They were burned at the stake, drowned, hanged, or tortured in some other way.
Keep it small
Over the years, women have therefore started to make themselves as small and invisible as possible out of the urge to survive. It was too unsafe to come out with their wisdom and gifts. Modern women still tend to make themselves small and invisible. In addition, it still feels too frightening for many women (and female entrepreneurs) to come forward with their own vision. Especially at a time when the internet is bringing your message to thousands of people at the same time.
Relationship with the body
Due to the influence of the Church, many women also still have a very unhealthy relationship with their bodies, their femininity, and their sexuality. Taking pleasure in sexuality was sinful and gave you a one-way ticket to hell. The monthly menstrual period was considered unclean; one of the reasons women were seen as unworthy of the priesthood.
The female reproductive organs served only two purposes: to please the husband and bear children. However, the womb is literally a center of creation: a place of creation for new life. The uterus functions as a kind of magnetic force field. It contains a primal force whose real potential we greatly underestimate.
The current generation of women therefore unconsciously carries with them a lot of collective female sadness and trauma, sadness that is stored in the cell memory of our wombs. It is not surprising that many women today suffer from female health problems. It is our job, then, to clear up and transform this sadness so that future generations of women will be free from it. Fortunately, more and more women are finding their way to, for example, family constellations and energetic bodywork.
The reason it is so important to rebuild a good relationship with the female body, female reproductive organs, and female sexuality is that sexual energy is essentially life energy. By closing off your sexuality, you block your vital life energy or let it drain, resulting in burnout in women.
This also happens when you don’t maintain healthy boundaries, boundaries that are based on self-love and self-recognition. Something that undoubtedly plays a role in the development of burnout among women, is the group most easily affected by burnout.
Perhaps also because the rhythm of our society is determined by men, not taking into account the cyclical flow in a woman. The imbalance in masculine energy caused by a patriarchal society urgently needs to be rectified. The great opening up of the female consciousness, which is in full swing, will help us with that.
