Strengthen your health and vitality in a simple way. It is possible with thousands of years old technique from Taoism: the 6 Healing Sounds. “It is a very effective way to combat stress, energy blockages, physical and emotional pollution. Emotional problems, too much stress, an unhealthy lifestyle, poor nutrition, and pollution of the living space lead to stagnation and overheating in the internal organs.
Thousands of years ago, the Taoist masters discovered that every organ is associated with a certain sound, color, and quality of energy. It is also known from this tradition that emotions that have not been processed properly, as it were, attach themselves to the membranes of the organs. Chinese Medicine is based on the same principles. It can therefore happen that certain organs function less well as a result of unresolved trauma or fixed emotions. You develop a disease or are mentally out of balance quickly, while you eat and live healthily.
The Wood Element and Anger
Conversely, it can also be the case that an overloaded organ leads to certain emotions. Think of a short fuse in people who experience a lot of frustration or who use a lot of alcohol or medicines. These things tax the wood element and the organs liver and gallbladder. The emotion associated with the wood element is anger, or – when these intense emotions are consistently suppressed – manic forms of depression. In these cases, you can benefit greatly from doing the 6 Healing Sounds. In the case of frustration, the liver sound is especially suitable.
In general, you can say that emotional problems, too much stress, an unhealthy lifestyle, poor diet, and pollution of the living space lead to stagnation and overheating in the internal organs. As a result, they become unbalanced and the energy flow is blocked: first in the organs and eventually in the whole body.
Relaxed and in balance
The 6 Healing Sounds is a very effective way to counteract stress, energy blockages, and physical and emotional pollution. The sounds and the accompanying postures and gestures help you to cool and detoxify the organs. The movement gives a slight stretch in the membranes around the relevant organ.
The sound helps to release tension, which promotes the flow of energy in the organ. This way you strengthen your health and vitality. In addition, the sounds ensure that the emotions, which according to the Taoists are connected with the organs, come into balance, making you calm and peaceful. Finally, the visualization is aimed at supporting and strengthening the element to which the organ is connected.
Yin and yang organs
The six Healing sounds focus on our insides. Through inner self-observation, you develop an awareness of the healing power of your body and mind. Taoism brings together religion, nature, and science in a comprehensive health teaching on the meaning of life and, more specifically, human life. The exercises as well as the knowledge and philosophy have more than stood the test of time. So they are proven exercises that have helped people for thousands of years.
There are five so-called yin organs: liver, heart, spleen, lungs, and kidneys. And five yang organs : gallbladder, small intestine, stomach, large intestine and bladder. The yin and yang organs are connected with the five elements in nature: wood, fire, earth, metal and water. The elements are in turn connected to the corresponding emotions. The Chinese Medicine sees body, soul and spirit as a whole that consists of life energy, from Chi . This energy can become exhausted, unbalanced or stagnant.
