Vegetables are a good, strong basis for a balanced diet. You can easily incorporate them into different meals and eat them at every meal time. Think of green smoothies for breakfast, vegetable juices or raw vegetables with hummus as a snack, a salad for lunch and soup or wok vegetables as an evening meal. Vegetables are packed with fiber, vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients.
