Holistic Remedy for Inner Growth: Bach Flower Therapy

Bach flower therapy is a complete healing method bequeathed to mankind by Dr. Bach. Every remedy is based on the relationship between body and mind. Blossom remedies target mental health, Now Bach flower therapy sounds quite drastic because of the word therapy, but rest assured. It means that you take a mix of blossoms specially selected for you for a certain period of time. The blossoms do their job, if it’s good you will notice that automatically.

Remedy: Bach flower effect

Every flower remedy has its own unique qualities, just like every human and animal. By using a remedy you learn to make use of your own unique qualities. You can compare it with a spiritual teacher: it helps you, along with you, to learn your lessons. The intention is that you are not only “awakened”, but that you yourself also get moving in order to blossom.

That Bach flowers help to make the connection with your intuition is actually exactly like Dr. Bach intended it. This connection will make you feel better about what is good for you. Find inner peace, that gives room for inner growth. The real answers come from within and not from what others offer of solutions. In this way, you can also learn to intuitively choose the right flower remedy.

When do Bach flowers start to work?

How long it takes for the remedies to work depends on the circumstances. In acute situations and emergencies, rescue can give immediate results. Or if you come out of work exhausted, for example, you can quickly feel the beneficial effect of Olive. Sensitive people immediately feel that something changes in their energy. Suddenly you feel relaxation or confidence that you can handle the problems again. Above all, listen to your body!

When can you expect results?

Bach flowers and your problems disappear like snow in the sun. Of course, we can’t expect that!

A good rule of thumb is that you can expect results after about 3 weeks.

That is also about the time you can do with a bottle of 30 ml (3 to 4 weeks). An empty bottle offers the opportunity to review again which Bach flowers you need. The remedies penetrate layer by layer to the core of the problem (like an onion being peeled). That is why it is possible that after a few weeks you need a different composition of Bach flowers.

Affirmations: The Power of Every Remedy

Bach flowers and affirmations are a strong combination. The positive phrases ( affirmations ) that you say to yourself daily influence your (unconscious) thoughts, just like the Bach flowers. With every Bach flower, an affirmation can be devised, which strengthens its effect. That’s because it helps to become aware of your transformation: from negative to positive.

Some examples to inspire you. Read more on the overview page, in the description of the Bach flowers.
