Tip 1: Pay attention to your sleep rhythm
Less daylight on a day ensures that your body produces melatonin sooner and just wants to sleep a little more. Try to make room for this by, for example, going to bed a little earlier.
Regular bedtimes and sufficient sleep give you more energy during the day. Go to bed at set times and get up at set times. Catching up on sleep by sleeping in during the day, sleeping in late or going to bed extremely early disrupts your natural sleep rhythm and negatively affects your energy level.

Tip 4: You may have a serious vitamin D deficiency!
It may be that you suffer earlier and more from the drop in vitamin D than others, which can cause all kinds of physical complaints or mood swings, gloom, or depression. This can often be traced back to an aversion to winter. Do you really have enormous resistance to the dark and cold winter months? Do you feel that you have very little energy, that your body feels weak and you may feel depressed or have pain in your muscles or joints?
You may have a significant vitamin D deficiency. You really need a boost of vitamin D to restore this and a regular vitamin D supplement is not enough for you. Do you really have complaints and are you very tired? Then you can have your vitamin D level in your blood checked by your doctor. Do this before you start taking supplements, otherwise, a distorted picture will arise.
