1. Don’t prune

Snoring seems like a gift to some, but did you know that it is not good for you? The moment your alarm goes off, you become alert and your body starts to boot. If you then fall back to light sleep, your body will become confused and if you repeat this a number of times, you will feel more and more tired.

2. Get up at the same time every day

If you get up at the same time every day, your biological clock will get used to it. Try to keep this up on the weekend as well and don’t sleep in until late. This causes your biological rhythm to get confused, making it more difficult to get up on Monday morning. If you get used to getting up at a certain time, you will see that it will become easier to get up later.

3. After the alarm clock goes off, get up quietly

When your alarm goes off, thoughts go through your head. Of course, you prefer to stay asleep for a while, but by sitting up straight you can slowly wake up. If you wake up slowly, you can get out of bed afterward and start your morning right.

3. Enjoy the silence

Set your kitchen timer or the timer on your smartphone to ten minutes and do nothing but ‘be there. This way you will not be rudely taken out of your quiet moment and you will stay relaxed longer.
