You were born for joy


You live in a universe that has endless potential for joy built into the creation process. Your Source, which we call the universal spirit of intent, worships you more than you can possibly imagine. When you worship yourself in the same way, you will be like-minded in this intent, and have chosen the path without resistance. As long as you still have a little bit of ego, you will maintain some resistance, so I would urge you to take the path that minimizes resistance.

The shape and quantity of your thoughts determine the amount of resistance. Thoughts that arouse bad feelings are resistant thoughts. Any thought that interferes with what you would like to have and your ability to draw it into your life is resistance.

Your intention is to lead a peaceful life, without stress and worries. You know that stress does not exist in this world, and that there are only people who think in stressful thoughts. Stressful thoughts are a form of resistance in themselves. You don’t want stressful, resistant thoughts to become a habit in response to your environment.

By practicing with as few resistant thoughts as possible, you will internalize this response and eventually become the calm person you would like to be, a stress-free person, free from the ‘discomfort’ that stress brings. The stressful thoughts themselves provide the resistance that you build up in yourself and thus hinder your contact to the power of intention.

We live in a world where fear and anxiety are spread and promoted. You have learned that “feeling good” in a world where there is so much suffering is an immoral position to take. You have learned that it is rude and inappropriate to feel good in a time of bad economy, war, uncertainty or death, or any other kind of disaster anywhere in the world.

Since these situations are present all over the world at any time, you believe that you are not allowed to enjoy yourself and at the same time you are a good person. But it may not have occurred to you that a universe based on energy and attraction, thoughts that evoke bad feelings come from the same energy ‘Source’ that also attracts more of the same into your life. These are the resistant thoughts.

Below are a few example sentences on the path of resistance , which have subsequently been converted to sentences on the path of least resistance .

I’m worried about the state of the economy, I’ve already lost so much money.

I live in an abundant universe; I choose to think about what I have and am content with that. The universe will provide.

I still have so much to do that I can never catch up.

I am satisfied at the moment. I’m only busy with the one thing I’m doing right now. I will have peaceful thoughts.

I can never get ahead of my work.

I choose to appreciate what I am doing right now and will attract even more opportunities in doing so.

My health is of great concern to me. I am afraid of getting old, more and more dependent and sick.

I am healthy, I think healthy. I live in a universe that attracts healing and I refuse to anticipate disease.

My family members make me feel anxious and worried.

I choose thoughts that make me feel good, and this helps me to lift the family in need.

I don’t deserve to feel good when so many people are suffering.

I didn’t end up in a world where everyone has exactly the same experiences. I feel good, and by elevating myself I will help to partially eradicate the suffering.

I cannot be happy if the person I care about very much loves another and has left me.

Being unhappy doesn’t change anything. I trust that love will return to my life when I am in harmony with the loving ‘Source”. I choose to feel good in this moment and focus on what I have, rather than what is missing.pleased

All stressful thoughts represent a form of resistance that you would like to see disappear. Change these thoughts by listening carefully to your feelings and choosing joy over worry. Remember that your natural state is joy.

You are the product of joy and love; you experience these feelings for granted. Remind yourself as often as necessary: ​​I come from peace and joy. I have to stay in harmony with what I come from in order to fulfill my dreams and wishes. I choose to remain in my natural state.
